Monopoly of CNPC and Sinopec ended and 12 local oil refineries gained use right of import oil

Recently, 16 local oil refineries formed Purchasing Alliance of China National Petroleum, knowing as an event of symbolic significance in oil industry. Local oil refinery is becoming stronger from “seeking raw material” in1995 to “purchasing raw material” as an Alliance. Up to now, 12 local oil refineries have gained use right of import oil and 10 local oil refineries have gained import right of oil.
