The latest plan of China showed that China planned to complete the second stage of storage and begun to take preliminary work in other repositories by 2020.
According to the Five-year Plan from 2016 to 2020, as the largest energy consumer of the world, China will complete the second stage of strategic oil reserve and take preliminary work in other repositories by 2020. As was planned before, three stages of storage would be completed by 2020.
