The first well of Qinghai Drilling Company in Western Drilling and Exploration was completed efficiently in 2016

On March 10, 30600 drilling crew of Qinghai Drilling Company completed drilling commitment of Se 1-28 well 7.37days ahead of time, making the success in the first drilling construction of 2016.

It is designed for Se 1-28 well with depth of 850 meters and completing time of 12.5 days. This well was located in SeBei 1 gas field and belonged to the first level of well control risk in Qinghai oilfield. As the stratigraphic lithology was loose and hard to form, it was easy to spray and leak during the drilling process, in addition, it needed high requirement for the technology of maintaining the drilling fluid, so construction is tight and difficult.

It is the key for enhancing the drilling construction effect by improving the speed. Before the drilling, 30600 drilling crew made the targeted technical measures and emergency plans with the party. By optimizing drilling parameters and preparing reasonable drilling fluid density, it just used 5.13 days to finish the drilling construction with high quality, speed and safety at the mechanical drilling rate of 36.25 m/h.
