Sinopec tried the institutional innovation of fine chemical

On March 15, Sinopec convened a meeting in Nanjing and ranked three units including Yangzi Petrochemical, Nanjing Petrochemical and Baling Petrochemical as the pilot units of the institutional construction of fine chemical. By the pilot unit and institution innovation, management experience of fine chemical was explored and new growth point of profit was created.
In 2015, Sinopec made the survey of fine chemical business among the subordinate units. Facing the different problems of fine chemical business, Yangzi Petrochemical, Nanjing Petrochemical and Baling Petrochemical were decided as the pilot units of the institutional construction of fine chemical. Currently, these three units have completed the pilot program and started the pilot exploration.
