Sales work in Wenchang gas field group of CNOOC made a breakthrough

On April 4, natural gas Sales of Wenchang gas field group made a gratifying progress. Discovered from 1994 to 2005, three gas fields including Wenchang 9-2, Wenchang 9-3 and Wenchang 10-3 made up of the Wenchang gas field group. As the reserves of single gas field was small, it was difficult to realize economic development and implement the downstream market. Zhanjiang Branch Company of CNOOC found that the problem would be solved if the natural gas of gas field group connected to pipeline from the Yacheng 13-1 gas field to Hon Kong and supplied gas for Hon Kong. After having the market, Wenchang gas field group would accelerate the development and construction of large gas area in South China Sea would developed further.
